Terms and Conditions

  1. General Agreement
    1. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the provision of laser cutting, CNC bending, machining and steel fabrication services (the “Services”) by Laser Junction (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (referred to as “you” or “your”).
    2. By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before entering into any agreement with us.
  2. Delivery and Offloading
    1. You, as the client, are responsible for making all necessary arrangements for offloading the fabricated steel parts (the “Parts”) at the designated delivery location.
    2. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Parts within the agreed-upon timeframe.
    3. If you fail to unload the Parts promptly upon delivery, resulting in our delivery vehicle waiting for an extended period, you will be charged an additional fee based on the amount of time the vehicle stands idle due to your delay.
  3. Lead Times

Note: The below lead times are provided as a guide and are subject to change. Laser Junction will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the indicated lead times. However, we shall not be liable for any delays in the fabrication process or any consequences arising from such delays.

  1. Payment and Invoicing
    1. Payment for the Services rendered by Laser Junction shall be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
      • Cash customers to pay the full invoice amount up front, orders are only processed once payment reflects on our system.
    2. In addition to the agreed-upon service charges, you shall be responsible for any additional fees, including but not limited to storage fees, demurrage charges, and costs incurred due to your failure to timely unload the Parts upon delivery.
    3. All invoiced amounts shall be payable within the specified payment terms. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection costs.
  2. Intellectual Property
    1. Laser Junction retains all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, and trademarks, associated with the fabrication design, drawings, and specifications, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    2. You shall not reproduce, distribute, or use any intellectual property belonging to Laser Junction without prior written consent.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    1. Laser Junction shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from or related to the Services, except for direct damages resulting from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
    2. In no event shall Laser Junction’s total liability exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific Services rendered.
    3. We shall not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or damage to reputation.
  4. Termination
    1. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
    2. In the event of termination, you shall be responsible for paying all outstanding fees and costs incurred up to the date of termination.
  5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Laser Junction is located.
    2. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
